Thursday, September 4: Home treadmill for 1.753 miles; morning bike ride for 3.91 miles; no fter-work stop at the Y.
Friday, September 5: Rest day.
Saturday, September 6: Home treadmill for 3.201 miles; morning bike ride for 17.72 miles; no stop at the Y.
Sunday, September 7: Home treadmill for 3.252 miles; morning bike ride for 25.32 miles; stop at the Y for strength training.

A good week for walking, but not so good for either bike or elliptical. And while I did get in two Y visits for strength training, it's still not so impressive.
